Recientemente reformado este acogedor apartamento esta situado en el centro del pueblo, es de las pocas casas con jardín privado en el centro de Fornalutx.
Se distribuye en 3 niveles, en planta baja esta el salón con Tv-Sat, en primer piso esta la cocina equipada con nevera, horno, microondas, lavaplatos, lavadora, exprimidor, cafetera, … el comedor y acceso al jardín de unos 20m2 con bonitas vistas a la montaña y equipado con mobiliario de jardín. En piso superior están las 2 habitaciones dobles (una con cama de matrimonio y otra con 2 camas), baño equipado con ducha (el agua es un bien escaso!), wc y secador de pelo.
Otros equipamientos de la casa: aire acondicionado frio y calor, radio Cd.

Village house with garden in the center of Fornalutx with fantastic views at the mountains and the village Biniaraix.
The house is on three levels, on the ground floor there is the kitchen with dining area, a few steps lead down to the living room. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) with en suite bathrooms.
The house has been recently completely and tastefully restored and has air conditioning, cold/warm, room fans, SAT TV, DVD, music system, cot, dishwasher and washing machine.
A nice garden with palm trees, sun loungers, big dining table and BBQ will make your stay perfect.
The area is a paradise for bird watchers and walkers yet is only a 1o minutes drive to the centre of Soller and its excellent family shops and plaza and a further 5 minutes takes you to the port of Soller with its sandy beaches and waterside restaurants and bars.
A short walk brings you to the village square with its authentic small bars,restaurants and banks.

Das Haus ist auf drei Ebenen, im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche mit Essecke, ein paar Stufen führen hinunter zum Wohnzimmer. Im zweiten Stock gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelbett, 1 Zweibettzimmer) mit en suite Badezimmer.
Das Haus wurde vor kurzem komplett und geschmackvoll renoviert und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, kalt / warm, Raum-Fans, SAT-TV, DVD, Musik-System, Kinderbett, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.
Ein schöner Garten mit Palmen, Liegestühle, großer Esstisch und BBQ machen Ihren Aufenthalt perfekt.
Die Gegend ist ein Paradies für Vogelbeobachter und Wanderer ist nur noch ein 1o Minuten mit dem Auto ins Zentrum von Soller und seine Familie ausgezeichnete Geschäfte und Plaza und weitere 5 Minuten gelangen Sie zum Hafen von Soller mit seinen Sandstränden und Wasser Restaurants und Bars .
Ein kurzer Spaziergang bringt Sie zum Dorfplatz mit seinen authentischen kleinen Bars, Restaurants und Banken.
